Coaching
Better conversations.
Better leadership.
Helping thoughtful leaders navigate complex challenges with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.
One to one support that helps leaders think clearly, navigate challenges, build confidence and strengthen their leadership practice.
When Leadership Feels Lonely
Leadership is rewarding, but it can also be lonely. Coaching gives you dedicated space to step away from the immediate demands of the role, think clearly and explore challenges honestly. It provides an impartial conversation in which you can consider different perspectives, make sense of difficult decisions and lead with greater clarity and confidence.
Is this right for you?
Coaching may be useful when…
You are stepping into a new leadership role, carrying difficult decisions alone, facing challenging conversations or simply looking for protected time to think more clearly.
Coaching creates confidential space away from the immediate demands of leadership, helping you reflect on what is happening, consider different perspectives and make more deliberate choices about what comes next.
Whether you are working through a specific challenge or investing in your longer term development, coaching gives you the space to think more deeply, make clearer decisions and lead with greater intention.
How it works
How Coaching works
Coaching is offered through one to one leadership conversations, either as individual sessions or as an ongoing coaching relationship. Every conversation is shaped around you, your leadership context and the challenges you are facing. Rather than following a fixed programme, we focus on what matters now, while ongoing coaching allows us to revisit decisions, explore emerging challenges and support your longer term development.
Understand Your Context
We start with where you are now. We will explore your role, your current challenges and what you want from coaching, giving us a clear sense of where our conversations can be most useful.
Create Space to Think
Coaching gives you time to step away from the immediate demands of leadership and think more deeply. Through questions, reflection and honest conversation, we will explore what is happening, what may be getting in the way and what you might see differently.
Decide What Matters
As our conversations develop, we will identify the issues that deserve your attention and the choices available to you. The aim is not for me to tell you what to do, but to help you reach clearer, more considered decisions of your own.
Turn Thinking Into Action
Reflection matters most when it changes something. We will turn useful insights into realistic actions, revisit what happens and continue adapting the work as your circumstances and priorities develop.
Leadership conversations
Leadership Conversations We Can Explore
No two leaders face exactly the same challenges. Coaching is shaped around your individual needs, providing the space to think through the issues that matter most to you.
Every coaching journey is unique. Together, we focus on the conversations that will have the greatest impact on your leadership.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
How does coaching begin?
Coaching begins with a complimentary 30 minute discovery conversation. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your goals, explore the challenges you are facing and decide whether coaching is the right fit for both of us. If we both feel it is a good match, we will agree the next steps together.
How long is a coaching session?
Most coaching sessions last around 60 minutes. This provides enough time to explore your thinking, challenge assumptions and identify practical actions that you can take away.
How often do we meet?
Every coaching relationship is different. Some leaders prefer fortnightly sessions, while others choose to meet monthly. Together, we will agree a schedule that best supports your goals and circumstances.
Are sessions online or in person?
Coaching can be delivered online or, where practical, in person. We will discuss the most appropriate approach based on your location and preferences.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Coaching conversations are confidential, subject to the normal professional, safeguarding and legal limits that we will discuss at the outset.
